STORIES ABOUT COMFORT FOOD

Seven storytellers will share humorous, heartfelt, heartbreaking, and healing stories inspired by "comfort food."

Our storytellers include a Netflix dating show celebrity, a millennial comedian & filmmaker, a celebrated Austin playwright, a journalist turned mosaic artist, a writer & tarot card reader, a retired Navy Chief, and an 82-year old Vietnamese American grandmother. 

To close the night, we will screen a film trailer for PIZZA MY HEART, Color Arc Productions’ new comedy short film  directed by Elizabeth V. Newman, written by Christine Hoang, starring Christine Hoang and Vanessa Hoang Hughes, with original songs by Tyler Mabry.
