The Austin History Center announces In/Visible A, an exhibit celebrating the 20th anniversary of the AAAFF! This vibrant showcase reveals AAAFF’s evolution from a small film-centric event to a major cultural arts organization.
Indie Meme (www.indiememe.org) is a non-profit in Austin, TX that has been engaging, educating, entertaining, and bringing together different communities to promote cross-cultural understanding and help build a globally conscious community through screening independent films.
The 2024 Indie Meme Film Festival is from April 17 - 21 and will screen 8-10 full length feature films/documentaries, along with an impressive showcase of many locally sourced and international short films.

Now Accepting Applications: 2024 AFS Grant for Feature Films
The AFS Grant for Feature Films is once again open for filmmakers throughout Texas! This cycle of the AFS Grant funds feature-length narrative and documentary films and includes the North Texas Pioneer Film Award (for filmmakers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area) and the New Texas Voices Award (for first-time features by a filmmaker of color in Texas) as well as in-kind awards from both MPS Camera and Lighting Austin and Stuck On On.
